08.12.06  HMT & Music Hall Emailer continues to broadcast to over 14,000 customers

As part of the ongoing marketing strategy we provide for His Majesty’s Theatre, Mearns & Gill regularly broadcast mass email campaigns to over 14,000 theatre and Music Hall customers.

Email marketing is a direct, cost effective and flexible method of promoting any product or service. However, email marketing campaigns can have many obstacles and pitfalls. At Mearns & Gill we help guide our clients through the process, by creating the design, managing and maintaining audience databases and overseeing email transmissions.

20.11.06 Aberdeen Solicitors’ Property Centre (aspc) launch new technology led centre.

Aberdeen Solicitors’ Property Centre (aspc ) have launched their all new, easy- to-use technology-led Centre, in their Chapel Street premises. As part of
the design consultancy service provided to the centre by Mearns & Gill, the design team have been busy providing custom digital media solutions for use
on all the technology throughout the centre.

The digital media team worked directly with the centres management team and IT support to create applications which make it as easy as possible to
find and purchase the ideal home.

Service’s provided by Mearns & Gill included user interface design for the 24 new touch screen
property search stations. The new touch screens enable buyers to carry out searches for property easily and instantly. The touch screens were designed to be as user-friendly as possible – simple touch searches instantly display pictures and specifications of the properties selected.

Video based work was also produced for the centre and has been rolled out across the flat panel LCD’s, Holo-pro screens and a projection wall. Work produced included a blend of live footage and motion graphic work, all created and edited in-house. Each piece of work was fashioned to act as digital signage informing customers on services provided within the centre. All video was output in a“High Definition” digital format and integrated within a custom built media sequencer.
